1. General Policy
All data bundle purchases on JovoBay are final and non-refundable once successfully processed and delivered to the provided mobile number.
2. Important Conditions (No Refund Situations)
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Wrong Phone Number:
If you enter an incorrect phone number during purchase, the transaction will still be processed, and no refund will be provided.
- Outstanding Airtime Debt:
If the phone number provided has an existing airtime or credit debt with the network provider, the data bundle may fail or be affected. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
- Duplicate Orders:
Do not place multiple orders for the same phone number while a previous order is still being processed. If you do so, and it results in an issue, no refund will be provided.
3. User Responsibility
By using JovoBay, you agree to:
- Double-check the phone number before confirming your order
- Ensure the number is active and eligible to receive data bundles
- Wait for confirmation of a successful transaction before placing another order
4. Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails due to a system error or technical issue on our end:
- The issue will be reviewed
- You may receive either a retry of the data delivery or a refund, depending on the situation
5. Processing Time
Data bundles are typically delivered instantly or within a few minutes. In rare cases, delays may occur due to network issues.
