Welcome to JovoBay. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform, which provides instant data bundle services for MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo in Ghana. By using JovoBay, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Definitions

  • “JovoBay” refers to our website and services
  • “User” refers to any person using the platform
  • “Service” refers to the purchase and delivery of data bundles

Eligibility

By using JovoBay, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • All information you provide is accurate and complete

Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Any activity under your account is your responsibility

Orders and Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full before processing
  • Once payment is confirmed, orders are processed instantly
  • You must carefully review all details before confirming your order

Critical User Responsibilities (No Refund Conditions)

  • By placing an order, you agree to the following strict conditions:

    • Correct Phone Number is Mandatory
      You must enter the correct mobile number. Any error in the number provided will result in successful delivery to the entered number, and no refund will be issued.
    • Phone Number Must Not Owe Airtime
      The number used must not have any outstanding airtime or credit debt. If the network blocks or affects delivery due to debt, no refund will be given.
    • No Duplicate Orders Allowed
      Do not place another order for the same phone number until the current order is fully completed. If you place multiple orders and an issue occurs, you will not be eligible for any refund.

Service Delivery

  • Data bundles are delivered instantly or within a few minutes
  • Delivery may be delayed due to network provider issues
  • JovoBay is not responsible for delays caused by MTN, Telecel, or AirtelTigo

No Refund Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of data bundles:

    • All successful transactions are final and non-refundable
    • Refunds will not be issued for:
      • Wrong phone numbers
      • Airtime debt on the number
      • Duplicate or repeated orders

Failed or Pending Transactions

  • If a transaction fails due to a technical issue from our system, it will be reviewed
  • A retry or refund may be issued only if the failure is confirmed from our end

Limitation of Liability

JovoBay shall not be held responsible for:

  • User errors (including incorrect phone numbers)
  • Network provider failures or delays
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms and Conditions
  • You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

Privacy

Your use of JovoBay is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ghana.
